Nancy
M. Guthrie, M.A. Education
Consultant and Insights Accredited Practitioner since 2000
Ms. Guthrie has 20 years experience working within corporate environments
focusing on revenue generation, profitability, and productivity through
Human Resources, Sales and Customer Service. She manages organizational
effectiveness initiatives, consulting with senior management teams. Her
human resource experience includes eight years working for CNT/McDATA in
training and development, organizational change management, employee
relations, and employee life cycle management.
Ms. Guthrie
also served as Vice President and National Sales Manager for McGraw-Hill
from 1994-1997. In addition, she worked for Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. in
customer support and sales during a 16 year period, earning her the position
of Vice President of Sales. Her academic achievements include a
Master’s degree in adult education, University of Minnesota, Wharton
Executive Education program in finance, a Bachelors degree in political
science and language.

Jane Schuette, M.A. Ed.
Consultant and Insights Accredited Practitioner
since 2000
Ms. Schuette
serves on the
Insights Learning and Development faculty, is a Branded Licensed
Practitioner for Insights and a certified life coach. Ms. Schuette
manages her own consulting company which specializes in personal
and professional development and serves as an adjunct faculty
member in the graduate program at St. Mary’s University. She has
over 20 years of experiences as a professional educator and has
the privilege of serving such clients as the Department of
Defense, the EPA office of Water, The U.S. Office of Personnel
Management, Fortune 500 companies including the pharmaceutical and
food/agricultural industries
as well as non-profit organizations.
Jane’s specialty is helping teams and individuals
increase productivity, meet and exceed their goals and problem
solving abilities through collaboration, conversation and
creativity. She works with clients to unlock this potential
through awareness of self and by opening the channels of dialogue

Lynn Workman Nodland

Dr. Lynn Workman Nodland is
an Insights Accredited Practitioner. She is also credentialed by ICF
(International Coach Federation) as a Master Certified Coach, and has been
coaching since 1991. In addition, her training and experience as a
psychologist, LMFT and business owner contribute to her coaching skills.
Clients and organizations appreciate Lynn's unique combination of
credentials, expertise and caring to help them reach peak performance while
still maintaining balance in life.
Dr.
Curtis A Levang,
Licensed Psychologist/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and
Insights Accredited Practitioner since 2000
Dr. Levang graduated from the Fielding Institute
with his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. A practicing therapist for nearly
30 years, his experience includes a variety of settings including
private practice, corrections, business, and academia. He has a
certificate in PBSP and often helps clients whose experiences with
traditional talk therapy leave them wanting more lasting change. In
addition, Dr. Levang uses this method in his supervision of graduate
students and in business consulting with managers and executives.
His first book,

Dr.
Elizabeth Levang,
Grief Therapist/Business Consultant and Insights Accredited
Practitioner since 2000
Dr. Levang, a graduate of the Fielding Institute,
is a best selling author, a speaker, and a consultant on bereavement.
She regularly consults with national bereavement organizations and is
co-chair of the 2004 National Perinatal Bereavement Conference. As a
grief therapist, she supports individuals and families who experience
the death of a loved one, she trains support groups, and she offers post
intervention services for schools and corporations. Her business
services include career assessments, corporate team building, and board
development for non-profit organizations.

Dr.
Jean Davidson, Insights Licensed Practitioner
Jean Davidson brings more than 20 years experience in business, education
and consulting to her practice. Her background includes consultation,
management and training in the financial services, retail, pharmaceutical,
and technology industries. She has also worked in academic and government
environments on small and large group interventions. She has proven success
in team development, leadership coaching, business model development,
transition planning, culture change and the development and successful
implementation of strategic business initiatives.
Jean holds a Doctorate in Organization Development from the University of
St. Thomas, with a special research interest in leadership and transition.
In addition to being the Principal for Davidson Consulting, she is an
adjunct faculty member at the University of St Thomas and Hamline
University.
David
Labno, Insights Accredited Practitioner since 2000
Mr. Labno
has worked with numerous companies large and small in addition to
his work with government, education and other non-profit
organizations. He has significant knowledge of creativity and
innovation methods, personality and organizational assessment and
development processes. He is dedicated to improving people,
processes, products and the working environment.
He was previously an
Internal Innovation Consultant with General Mills Inc., Program
Chair of the Institute for Creativity and Innovation at the
University of St. Thomas and Director of the Graduate Program in
Applied Creativity and Innovation at Saint Mary’s University of
Minnesota.
David received his
Bachelors degrees from The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and
his masters degree in Creativity and Innovation from the Center for
Studies in Creativity (S.U.N.Y). He has numerous regional and
national conference presentations and keynotes as well as a paper in
submission to a professional journal to his credit.

Susan Baldwin,
Insights
Accredited Practitioner since 2005
Susan Baldwin is an Accredited Practitioner for
Insights. Susan has 25 years experience in individual counseling and
non-profit management. She has a BS degree in Psychology from the
University of Wisconsin-Superior and a Masters of Arts Degree in
Counseling and Psychology from St. Mary’s University. She has worked
several years with other assessment tools and delivers the Insights
Discovery System to executives, managers, and employees both at PPL where
she is employed as Deputy Executive Director and for other organizations
and non-profits. Susan offers Insights workshops, coaching and counseling
services.

Ken Betterton,

College.

Andrea Brockmeier, Insights
Accredited Practitioner since 2005
Andrea Brockmeier is an independent trainer and consultant with over
14 years of experience in IT, project management, and team
development. After many years in the training and staffing
industries working hands-on with computer and networking
technologies, she turned her attention to high-performance technical
team development. Her team-building focus on leadership, skills
development, and project management yielded phenomenal results.
Providing training to the technical teams she developed stimulated
her appetite for training and she continues to focus her
professional energy as a trainer.
Ms. Brockmeier has a strong commitment to program and organizational
efforts represented in the non-profit sector, and thrives on
opportunities to apply her skills in those areas. She developed an
award-winning community program for refugees in Dallas, Texas, and
continues to work with non-profit organizations locally, providing
project management coaching.

certifications. Andrea earned a BA in Sociology from North Dakota
State University and a MA in Cultural Anthropology from Southern

Ken
Horst, Insights Accredited Practitioner
Ken
Horst has been speaking and training since 1990. His training
experience includes customer service, sales (both outside sales and
inside sales) telemarketing, goal setting and personal development
and computer training. Additionally he has been trained as a
facilitator in DISC and Myers-Briggs and used both instruments in
his speaking, training and consulting business over the years. Ken
also spent 5 years as an instructor for the Dale Carnegie Human
Relations and Public Speaking course. Ken has created and delivered
his own program for personal and professional development called, “9
Principles for Managing Personal Changing and Continuous
Improvement”. Ken lives in the Minneapolis metro area with his wife
and two children.

Heidi Garcia, Insights Accredited
Practitioner
Heidi Garcia brings more than 20 years of experience in Sales, Sales
Management, Sales Training, Talent Acquisition and Employee
Development to her consulting business. Her background in broadcast
sales has enabled her to step
inside the sales world of thousands of different businesses across
the country. Although she consults on a wide range of business
challenges, Heidi’s passion is team and individual performance and
applies the Insights Discovery System in her training and
development work. Mrs. Garcia has a B.A. from the University of
Minnesota in Communications.

Doug Nodland,
Accredited insights Practitioner, Attorney and Executive Coach
Doug
Nodland is an accredited Insights practitioner, an attorney and a
personal and executive coach. Doug is a skilled and entertaining
presenter who enjoys sharing the Insights Organizational
Effectiveness workshops with companies. He believes that the
training process is enhanced when participants are fully engaged and
are also having fun.
In
addition to conducting Insights workshops, Doug enjoys coaching
individuals and organizations to have better communication, improve
efficiency and increase the bottom line. He also consults with
businesses and does training seminars in the area of employment law.
Doug received his B.A. degree from St. Olaf College, his law degree
from the University of Minnesota Law School and his coach training
from Coach Training Institute. One of Doug's
passions is singing and performing. He currently does solo work
and is a member of the Excelsior Gospel Quartet which recently
released a CD.
Dave
Baker, Insights Accredited Practitioner since 2006
Dave Baker brings the benefit of over 20 years of multi- industry
and cross-functional business experience to his clients, spanning
corporate America, the military, and the Department of Defense. His
work experience as both a Corporate Manager and an Operations
Manager gives him a unique insight into personal and organizational
development and an inherent ability to relate to all levels of any
organization.
Dave was previously the Manager of Global Leadership Development at
Hill-Rom Company, a healthcare industry leader for over 75 years.
Dave also held the position of Manager of Global Training during his
seven years with Hill-Rom. During this time, Dave designed and led
corporate performance management and leadership programs for over
6700 domestic and international associates and facilitated over 100
Insights Personal Effectiveness workshops at all levels of the
organization, including Executive Management, Sales, Service, Legal,
Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations.
Dave received his BS degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from
Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey and his MBA in Technology
Management from the University of Phoenix. Dave is also a graduate
of the Naval Nuclear Power program and a certified military
instructor. Dave holds certifications in Insights Personal
Effectiveness, Leadership Development & Adult Learning, and
Behavioral Interviewing. Dave lives in the Cincinnati, Ohio area
with his family.
