Schwefel founded Benchmark Learning in 1995,
growing the company to become Minnesota's largest technical
training company, with over $10,000,000 in annual revenues. In 1997 and 1998 Benchmark was named to Minnesota’s “Fast 50” listing of the fastest growing privately held private companies
in Minnesota. In 2002 Schwefel was named to Minnesota’s “40 under 40” listing of top executives in Minnesota, under age 40, published by The Business Journal.Schwefel is also a published author, and has lived remotely
with the Hadza and Maasai tribes in Tanzania. Today he owns and operates the Minnesota Insights Learning
Center, and teaches and coaches CEOs, Presidents and Senior
Executives using the Insights Discovery
System. Mr. Schwefel
is also a speaker for Vistage, the world's largest CEO
organization, and holds a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Communications from Concordia University.

Linda Schwefel, Insights
Accredited Practitioner since 2007
Linda
Schwefel has been a Sales Manager, and Salesperson with Xerox, where
she was the Marketing Representative of the Year in 1987, and later
worked as an Account Manager for Versyss Corporation, where she was ranked 2nd out of 700
Sales Representatives nationwide 5 years in a row. Linda's sales
career evolved to conducting full-time sales training, and delivering keynote
speeches. This led her to found Keynotes.com, which she ran as a
speakers bureau from 1993-1998, also speaking and training to sales
teams across the country..
With the birth of her second child in 1998, Linda chose to take 8 years off from her sales and speaking career
to raise her 3 children full-time, returning in 2007 to apply the Insights Discovery System to Sales
Training, and now speaks and trains Salespeople on the Insights
Discovery System. Linda is also a Managing Partner of Insights
Twin Cities, and still manages the three youngest Schwefels.
Dr.
Jean Davidson, Insights Licensed Practitioner
Jean Davidson brings more than 20 years experience in business, education
and consulting to her practice. Her background includes consultation,
management and training in the financial services, retail, pharmaceutical,
and technology industries. She has also worked in academic and government
environments on small and large group interventions. She has proven success
in team development, leadership coaching, business model development,
transition planning, culture change and the development and successful
implementation of strategic business initiatives.
Jean holds a Doctorate in Organization Development from the University of
St. Thomas, with a special research interest in leadership and transition.
In addition to being the Principal for Davidson Consulting, she is an
adjunct faculty member at the University of St Thomas and Hamline
University.

Robert Sicora, M.A. Insights Licensed Practitioner &
Internal Consultant
Robert Sicora brings almost 20 years experience in
business and consulting to his practice. Robert’s background includes
strategic human resources, organization development, and process management
in the pharmaceutical, technology, foods, marketing, hospitality, travel,
restaurant, and premiered industrial manufacturing industries. He has
worked in profit, non-profit, and academic environments for small, medium,
and large growth orientated companies. Robert specializes in employee
engagement, human capital ROI, performance management, talent management,
change management, process management (Six Sigma), systems implementation,
learning development, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
Robert has worked for firms such as Pfizer, University of Minnesota,
Pillsbury, Carlson Companies, Eaton, and Cargill.
Robert holds a Masters degree in Human Resource
Management from the University of Minnesota, with emphasis’ in Organization
Development and Management Information Systems. In addition to being the
Principal for Sicora Consulting, Robert has been an adjunct professor for
St. Cloud State University, and President of his local Community Tennis
Association.

Nancy
M. Guthrie, M.A. Education
Consultant and Insights Licensed Practitioner since 2000
Ms. Guthrie has 20 years experience working within corporate environments
focusing on revenue generation, profitability, and productivity through
Human Resources, Sales and Customer Service. She manages organizational
effectiveness initiatives, consulting with senior management teams. Her
human resource experience includes eight years working for CNT/McDATA in
training and development, organizational change management, employee
relations, and employee life cycle management.
Ms. Guthrie
also served as Vice President and National Sales Manager for McGraw-Hill
from 1994-1997. In addition, she worked for Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. in
customer support and sales during a 16 year period, earning her the position
of Vice President of Sales. Her academic achievements include a
Master’s degree in adult education, University of Minnesota, Wharton
Executive Education program in finance, a Bachelors degree in political
science and language.

Jane Schuette, M.A. Ed.
Consultant and Insights Accredited Practitioner
since 2000
Ms. Schuette
serves on the
Insights Learning and Development faculty, is a Branded Licensed
Practitioner for Insights and a certified life coach. Ms. Schuette
manages her own consulting company which specializes in personal
and professional development and serves as an adjunct faculty
member in the graduate program at St. Mary’s University. She has
over 20 years of experiences as a professional educator and has
the privilege of serving such clients as the Department of
Defense, the EPA office of Water, The U.S. Office of Personnel
Management, Fortune 500 companies including the pharmaceutical and
food/agricultural industries
as well as non-profit organizations.
Jane’s specialty is helping teams and individuals
increase productivity, meet and exceed their goals and problem
solving abilities through collaboration, conversation and
creativity. She works with clients to unlock this potential
through awareness of self and by opening the channels of dialogue

David
Baker, MBA

David Baker brings the benefit of over 20 years of multi-industry and
cross-functional business experience to his clients, spanning corporate
America, the military, and the Department of Defense. His work experience
as both a Corporate Manager and an Operations Manager gives him a unique
insight into personal and organizational development and an inherent ability
to relate to all levels of any organization.
David has been a Senior Manager of Global Learning & Development and a
Manager of Global Leadership Development for a medical technology and health
care industry leader. During his eight-year tenure, David designed and led
corporate performance management and leadership programs for over 6,500
domestic and international associates and designed and facilitated hundreds
of Personal Effectiveness and Team Effectiveness workshops and programs at
all levels of the organization, including Executive Management, Sales,
Service, Legal, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and
Operations. David also has an extensive background in Operations Management
and Engineering, holding these positions in the health care, medical
technology, and telecom industries, as well as the United States military.
David received his BS degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas
Edison State College in New Jersey and his MBA in Technology Management from
the University of Phoenix. He is a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power
program and a certified naval nuclear instructor. David holds
certifications in Personal & Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development,
Adult Learning, and Behavioral Interviewing. David lives in the Cincinnati,
Ohio, area with his wife, two children, and faithful dog, Lex.

Dr. Lynn Workman Nodland is
an Insights Accredited Practitioner. She is also credentialed by ICF
(International Coach Federation) as a Master Certified Coach, and has been
coaching since 1991. In addition, her training and experience as a
psychologist, LMFT and business owner contribute to her coaching skills.

Dr.
Curtis A Levang,
Licensed Psychologist/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and
Insights Accredited Practitioner since 2000
Dr. Levang graduated from the Fielding Institute
with his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. A practicing therapist for nearly
30 years, his experience includes a variety of settings including
private practice, corrections, business, and academia. He has a
certificate in PBSP and often helps clients whose experiences with
traditional talk therapy leave them wanting more lasting change. In
addition, Dr. Levang uses this method in his supervision of graduate
students and in business consulting with managers and executives.

Dr.
Elizabeth Levang,
Grief Therapist/Business Consultant and Insights Accredited
Practitioner since 2000
Dr. Levang, a graduate of the Fielding Institute,
is a best selling author, a speaker, and a consultant on bereavement.
She regularly consults with national bereavement organizations and is
co-chair of the 2004 National Perinatal Bereavement Conference. As a
grief therapist, she supports individuals and families who experience
the death of a loved one, she trains support groups, and she offers post
intervention services for schools and corporations. Her business
services include career assessments, corporate team building, and board
development for non-profit organizations.

Mr. Labno
has worked with numerous companies large and small in addition to
his work with government, education and other non-profit
organizations. He has significant knowledge of creativity and
innovation methods, personality and organizational assessment and
development processes. He is dedicated to improving people,
processes, products and the working environment.
He was previously an
Internal Innovation Consultant with General Mills Inc., Program
Chair of the Institute for Creativity and Innovation at the
University of St. Thomas and Director of the Graduate Program in
Applied Creativity and Innovation at Saint Mary’s University of
Minnesota.
David received his
Bachelors degrees from The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and
his masters degree in Creativity and Innovation from the Center for
Studies in Creativity (S.U.N.Y). He has numerous regional and

Susan Baldwin,

Accredited Practitioner since 2005
Susan Baldwin is an Accredited Practitioner for
Insights. Susan has 25 years experience in individual counseling and
non-profit management. She has a BS degree in Psychology from the
University of Wisconsin-Superior and a Masters of Arts Degree in
Counseling and Psychology from St. Mary’s University. She has worked
several years with other assessment tools and delivers the Insights
Discovery System to executives, managers, and employees both at PPL where
she is employed as Deputy Executive Director and for other organizations
and non-profits. Susan offers Insights workshops, coaching and counseling
